1.AlexandraLab.bg is a corporate website of (the laboratory) with UIC 206638798, email: alexandralab@abv.bg, and correspondence address: g.k. Iztok, ul. “Rayko Alexiev” 46А, 1113 Sofia.
SMDL Alexandra is a medical facility – a medical laboratory.
The website does not provide medical services and does not perform medical activities as defined by the Health Act, the Medical Facilities Act, or other regulations in the field of healthcare.
II. SERVICES
The services provided to users are:
For “patient-users”:
A) The ability to check results using an ID and password provided in advance – in person, at the laboratory.
B) The ability to submit inquiries via the contact form in the “Contacts” section of the website, with the information automatically sent to the email: alexandralab@abv.bg. For the purposes of processing the inquiry and providing a response, the website user provides their name, phone number, and email address.
For “doctor-users”:
A) The ability to check results using an ID and password provided in advance – personally provided by the laboratory.
Use of AlexandraLab.bg’s services by users is free of charge.
III. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS
Users agree that by using the contact services with the laboratory, they provide their name, phone number, and email address.
All users are obliged not to submit false information or data belonging to other natural or legal persons through the contact form.
Users agree that by using any of the services offered by SMDL Alexandra, they are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
